We all experience stress, and at some time in our lives, 1 in 4 of us experiences anxiety or depression. That means you, or someone you know could use some healthy tools to deal with the challenging thoughts, feelings, and situations that stress, anxiety or depression bring.  Come learn how to make stress work FOR you, what happens when we ignore/stuff emotions, how to recognize anxiety and depression in day to day life, simple ways to calm and cope, and what signs are red flags that outside help is necessary.
